CENTENNIAL, Colo. - Aug. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Worker Studio, an award-winning Colorado animation and visual effects company since 2009, enaged a 3 month option in May, 2013 to develop animated properties based on Phil Hartman's Flat TV. The studio has withdrawn from the project and decided against moving forward on a full 3 year option of the property.

The studio had begun development of some promising components to a feature length animated film. Including inviting a number of acclaimed guest animation directors to contribute to some of the vignettes that make up the comedy album. A 40 second animation teaser was also created by Worker Studio and screened at a Tribute to Phil Hartman event they hosted with the Denver Film Society on August 10, 2013.

The company has a number of original properties currently in development, that will return to the forefront of their activities. This includes another animated feature based on the life of decorated World War II hero, John H. Ross. Also slated are a number of childrens' properties, intended to entertain and educate, continuing the Happy Fatties cartoon series online, additional to a web series utilzing revolutionary brand-integration technology.
