Right Management, Florida/Caribbean Named To 2013 Florida 100 Best Companies List

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Aug. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Talent and career management firm Right Management, Florida/Caribbean (http://www.rightflorida.com) has been named one of Florida’s 100 Best Companies To Work For.

 

Endorsed by the HR Florida State Council, the annual Best Companies To Work For In Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group.  The fifth annual Best Companies list appears in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine, ranking 100 top companies in small, medium and large employer categories. This is the fourth year Right Management, Florida/Caribbean has received the honor.

 

To participate, companies or government entities had to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation at least one year. Participating companies underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. Combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
