LONDON - Aug. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- SMi's 11th annual installment in the Diabetes series is now around the corner and will host a line up of leading industry experts at the heart of Diabetes innovation.

Confirmed participants include Novo Nordisk, Astra Zeneca, Medicines Assessment, Roche, International Diabetes Federation and MSD. 

Phil Ambery, Medical Director, Cardiovascular and Metabolic R&D at GSK, who will be addressing delegates on therapeutic targets to reduce diseases in type 2 diabetes, commented:

Natalia Borinshtyen, Head of Portfolio Strategy within the Global Diabetes Division at SANOFI, who will be leading a panel discussion on Microvascular complications stated:
