Maui Wowi Hawaiian Announces New Chief Executive Officer

Aug. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO (August 14, 2013) – Maui Wowi Hawaiian, a unique Hawaiian coffee and fresh fruit smoothie franchise, has appointed Mike Weinberger as its new Chief Executive Officer. Owner and former CEO Michael Haith will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors as the company experiences a time of growth and expansion. The franchise is currently available in 9 countries with almost 500 operating units and is expecting up to 100 new developments this year.

 

Weinberger began his professional career working as an attorney, but decided to make the move to the franchise world in 2008. In 2011, he decided to trade in his tie for a Hawaiian shirt and joined Maui Wowi Hawaiian as Vice President of Operations. As CEO, Weinberger aims to support franchisees and the entire system as they grow the business by implementing new initiatives. Haith will continue to be vital part of the company focusing primarily on the strategic and financial goals of the organization.
