The five steps of “the Formula” as defined in both the book and the online training program are:

Define project objectives and collect requirements
Define the priority of the requirements and features 
Planning iterations 
Running iterations 
Present the product to the client 

The accompanying training program is 30 minutes per week for 6 weeks. Each week it offers a set of short video clips about a specific topic.
