Economists say that this will lead to lower healthcare costs across the board. Pastor Barry Wright believes everyone should be charged fair prices for the same care. Another positive change is that insurance companies can no longer refuse healthcare coverage based on preexisting conditions. Beginning in 2014, if you have cancer, diabetes, or any other illness, an insurance company cannot deny health coverage. Young people can now stay on their parents' insurance policy until they are 26. Reverend Barry Wright believes this is an excellent stride for our youth, who with the recent economic downturns, have been forced to take lower paying jobs after college. Healthcare reform was necessary, and Pastor Barry Wright is optimistic that these changes will bring positive impacts to our youth and our economy. End
