LOS ANGELES - Aug. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Los Angeles; August 13, 2013 -  Organizers of the Sixth National Medicare Supplement Insurance Industry Summit have announced the conference is closed for new registrations.

The national conference organized by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance http://www.medicaresupp.org takes place September 9-11, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

“This conference is intentionally limited so that attendees have the greatest opportunity to network with industry leaders in attendance," explains Jesse Slome, executive director of the national organization.  “The registrant list reads like the Who's Who of Medigap insurance including heads of leading insurers to national and regional companies that distribute the product."

This marks the largest attendance for the conference that was held last year in Miami, Florida.  "This is the first time we have sold out the conference," Slome notes.  "Attendees want a high degree of networking time and while we have an outstanding program of over 25 different sessions, much of the real business takes place outside of session rooms."   For the first time the two and a half day conference will be recorded with presentations made available following the conclusion of the conference.

A waiting list has been established according to the Conference organizers should there be any cancellations.  To be added to the listing or to request notification when audio recordings become available, call the organization’s offices at (818) 597-3205 or visit the Association’s website http://www.medicaresupp.org/2013.

The Sixth Medicare Supplement Insurance conference features sessions focused on actuarial and pricing, administrative, marketing and sales as well as legislative issues.

Sponsors of the conference include Aetna, Cigna Supplemental Benefits, Agent Cubed, Hannover Life Re, Mutual of Omaha, KBM Group, CSG Actuarial, Milliman, Inc., Insurance Administrative Solutions, Gen Re and CHCS Services, Inc.
