2014 New Black FORD Mustang Convertible Raffle

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Aug. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Hurry up and get your raffle tickets now! A maximum of 1000 tickets for this raffle drawing will be sold at a price of $100 per ticket or three (3) tickets for $250. Payment must be received by CCHS no later than the start of the drawing. Any check that is dishonored by the bank will invalidate the ticket(s).

If 1000 tickets are sold, each ticket will have a 1- in-1000 chance of winning the grand prize of a new 2014 Ford Mustang convertible.

Winner will be determined by random drawing. The drawing will take place when all 1000 tickets are sold OR on Friday, November 15, 2013, whichever comes first, at the Milner-O'Quinn dealership located at 2502 Cantrell Road, Harrisonville, Missouri, 24701. Check www.casscountyhistoricalsociety.com for updates. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by phone. The name of the winner will be made available to the media and posted on the CCHS website and Facebook page.

If fewer than 750 tickets are sold prior to the drawing, CCHS reserves the right to (i) convert the drawing from a grand prize of a 2014 Ford Mustang Convertible to a grand prize of 50% of the gross proceeds from ticket sales, or (ii) cancel the event and return each ticket holder's money.

Winner will assume and be responsible for all licensing, registration, title, license plate, dealer preparation, shipping, and all other fees, and local, state, and federal taxes, including without limitation all applicable sales, use, luxury, income, and special taxes. CCHS specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the 2014 Ford Mustang Convertible.

Retain your raffle ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of any drawing or prize, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket stub.

No person will be the winner of any prize and no prize will be paid or delivered to the owner or holder of any raffle ticket stub unless and until the person whose ticket is drawn presents proof of age, and any and all disputes, claims or controversies relating to the prize are resolved.

The winner of any prize must claim it within 90 days of the drawing. If the winner does not claim the prize within 90 days of the drawing, by responding to telephone or written notice from CCHS or otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and will be retained by and benefit CCHS.
