Growing Vegetables in Small Area

With the use of planters you can grow your own Organic Vegetables right outside on your deck, or right by your front door.  Gardening with pots can be done in any small area and soon you are growing you own Organic Vegetables and Flowers.

 

  When gardening with pots you can set up each pot for organic flowers or organic vegetables.  Setting up your pots: Pick pots with enough room to grow your Vegetables, such as the Urbin Grower, use potting soil and adding your organic food from your compost unit, and trace minerals.  You will be able to watch your plants grow large and beautiful. You can make compost with a yard composer,  You can also use your kitchen scraps by using a Worm Composer with changes your kitchen scraps into plant food.  So even if you live in Apartment with a deck you can grow Vegetables  or Flowers and provide them food, with what you have in your own home.  It gives you a great feeling when you can use the things around you and provide your family with food for the table, or flowers to dress up the house.

  If you have a home with a small yard.  You can start by setting out a small area to do your gardening.  If you don't have the area you can use pots to put your vegetables and flowers.  Your garden plants  require Sun.  You will want your garden in an area that will receive a lot of sun and is close to water.  By using pots you have more control over the weather.  If it gets cold you can always move them inside or cover them quickly.  For example if you had tomato pots they would need to be in the sun and watered. Then at night you just mover them inside out of the frost.
