Jeff Huey of Seeds Coffee Company is a 2013 Epoch Awards Finalist

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Aug. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Seeds Coffee Co. is pleased to announce that Jeff Huey is a finalist for the 2013 Epoch Awards, which honors “unsung heroes.” There were over 500 nominees, which has been narrowed down to 20 finalists. Huey is one of the final three for the “Collaborate Project Award” category. Overall, there are six winners (one per category) with awards totaling $50,000.

The winners will be announced on October 28, 2013 at the Epoch Awards ceremony, which will take place at Atlanta’s historic Fox Theater. Seeds Coffee Co. is a Birmingham-based organization that officially began in April 2012 as a coffee roasting company but expanded with the addition of a coffee shop ministry, which celebrated its official grand opening on April 13, 2013. The mission of Seeds is to work with coffee farms from across the globe to protect hard labor and fair wages, all by using coffee as a way to foster community collaboration and help spread the truths of the Bible.
