By: Jill Frew PhD
Alba Reborn is the story of a boy and girl, Fìrinn and Soillse, who follow a hidden druid path of love to become high king and queen of the Isle of Skye in the 1st C. BCE.Soillse chafes in subservience to her older sister, and Fìrinn is unsuited to the violence of the hunt. But both begin training with the druid, Coillore, who shows them how ancient fears from their fall from heaven are creating the sufferings in their lives, how to heal these, and achieve their highest dreams. Available worldwide on Amazon as Alba Reborn Series. http://www.amazon.co.uk/
The author’s ideas on the light structures of England and Scotland are fully explained, including her views on why these countries need to have two governments. The druid lessons in the book also include descriptions of the Otherworld and its consciousness of enlightenment, plus Celtic cosmology.
The lives of Fìrinn and Soillse illustrate a simple way to heal fear using the power of the heart, showing the specific stages and struggles on the path of inner transformation the author has observed in her own and her client’s lives. It is designed as a road map to help every reader move through his or her own transformation process.
Indie review: “The writing soars poetically with this author's passion for understanding the ways of the heart, and displays a real compassion for the human experience. She deftly paints a vivid portrait of two believable characters journeying through Scotland of the first century; of the joys and travails of putting one's faith on the line in acquiring guiding principles of faith in an uncertain world. The spiritual aspects of the Celtic tradition are brought to life in the character of the druid they encounter, who reveals to them (and the reader) his teachings of the Otherworld.”
The author, Jill Frew, Ph.D., is a psychologist, conference presenter, workshop leader, and light healer.
