According to the helpline many women are being turned down by law firms because they have had their mesh implanted in a state with a 2 year product liability statute. However, the helpline tells us there is still hope.  "Our vaginal mesh lawyers may be able to move the case to the states of the manufacturers which are Minnesota and Massachusetts".
