BIOS:



George H. Northrup is President of the Fresh Meadows Poets in Queens, NY, Board member of the Society that selects the Nassau County Poet Laureate, former President of the NewYork State Psychological Association, and currently on the Council that governs the American Psychological Association.  Recent publications include First Literary Review—East, Generations, Long Island Quarterly, Möbius, The Poetry Magazine, Performance Poets Association Literary Review, The Buddhist Review, and The New York Times. He has attended workshops with Stephen Dunn, Laura McCullough, Mark Doty, and CK Williams and was an invited lecturer at the New York Poetry Forum (“How Poetry Cures,” May 12, 2012).  Website: http://www.georgehnorthrup.com/Poetry.html

A former college professor and university administrator, Tom Oleszczuk has published in small poetry journals in New York and elsewhere (New Press Literary Quarterly, Pivot, Poetalk, among others), and has had work in edited collections (including The Brownstone Poets Anthology and Lunch with the Muse). He has several chapbooks, including Time Off for Good Behavior and A Million Tons of Rubble. Several poems have appeared online, including roguescholars.com and First Literary Review-East. He has given numerous readings in the NYC area, hosted readings in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and edited broadsheets and anthologies. Tom now lives in Sag Harbor, with his wife Heidi and their four cats.
