Atlanta's Mentoring Music Production Program (AMMPP) is a Private Apprentice Program for aspiring Recording Engineers and Music Producers to network within the industry and learn in professional studios hands on.

ATLANTA - Aug. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- AMMPP is an elite private apprentice program founded by professional Producers and Engineers with over 20 years of experience in the recording industry.

Founder and Lead Mentor Cortez Farris has worked as an Engineer and Producer on music projects around the world, working with the music industries top names such as: Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Lil’ Kim, Method Man, Swizz Beats and many more. Cortez was awarded a Multi-Platinum Record by the RIAA for his engineering work on The Black Eyed Peas “Elephunk” album, and has received many more awards over the course of his career. Cortez worked as an Engineer at the World-Famous Hit Factory Studios in New York City for many years, as well as Sound on Sound Studios. After moving to Atlanta, Cortez founded AMMPP as a way to mentor those who aspire to be Engineers and Producers.

AMMPP is a hands-on program that gives aspiring engineers, producers ,writers or anyone who wants to learn the art of audio engineering and production the opportunity to learn while networking with real clients, producers and engineers in a real studio.
