Orthopaedic Specialists Medical Practice in Louisville, Kentucky, Announces New Office Manager

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Aug. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Orthopaedic Specialists, an orthopedic and sports medicine practice led by board certified orthopedic surgeon Dr. Stacie Grossfeld, announces an important office update.  Orthopaedic Specialists is an orthopedic and sports medicine practice in Louisville, Kentucky, treating people of all ages in need of orthopedic medical care, orthopedic surgery and sports injury treatment.

Orthopaedic Specialists at http://www.louisvillebones.com now has a new Office Manager, Tisha Robison.  Tisha has been working at Orthopaedic Specialists since 2011 and has served as Assistant Office Manager over the past 2 years.  Tisha steps into the role previously served by Amy McGregor who relocated earlier this month, after several years of excellent service, to join her husband in a restaurant endeavor, Calypso Wings.

With a background in human resources, customer service, and medical transcription, Tisha has been an essential member of the Orthopaedic Specialists' team over the last couple of years. Her recent experience as Assistant Office Manager prepares her to do an excellent job in this new role.

In order to stay up on all the latest in the medical community, Tisha participates in monthly Kentucky Medical Group Management Association (KMGMA) meetings and attends seminars and informational events.  The KMGMA works to improve the management of medical groups by offering training, educational information, networking opportunities and other helpful information about the health care field.

She also follows Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) changes to make sure Orthopaedic Specialists has all the most current paperwork to remain fully compliant.

With two active middle school children, Tisha stays very involved in her kids’ activities that include archery and band. Her daughter is an All-Star cheerleader, functioning as a base and a front line tumbler. Tisha and her entire family look forward to mini family vacations several times a year for travel to cheerleading competitions.  In addition, both of her kids love golf and have spent two days a week on the golf course this summer.

In her free time, Tisha enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching U of L basketball.
