By: Your Holiday Claims The couple booked their holiday with tour operator giant, Thomas Cook. Despite numerous complaints to customer services and the management staff, no action was taken. The couple who cannot be named for legal reasons decided to seek legal advice and contact Your Holiday Claims, a division of Farnworth Rose, one of the UK´s leading firms of solicitors, to handle their case. The client described the food as ‘disgusting’. The hotel was supposed to be all-inclusive but the couple both had to pay for their drinks and were told that other holidaymakers had to be treated via intravenous drip, they were so ill. “Everyone we spoke to at the hotel was suffering from the same symptoms. “The hotel was supposed to be all-inclusive but we had to pay for most of our drinks. The staff were rude, especially to my girlfriend, and our room was full of ants, our towel rail was hanging off and we found mould on the shower curtain.” Anne Thomson, Head of the Holiday Illness Claims Department at Your Holiday Claims said: “We heard similar complaints of illness at El Mouradi Club in September 2012 and it would appear this hotel has on-going problems with poor food and hygiene standards. Anyone was has been ill at the El Mouradi should contact us as soon as possible to discuss compensation.” End
