Inaugural Salt Lake City Amazing Home Race Competition August 24th Announces Sponsors

COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah - Aug. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Chip McNall, Mortgage Professional for SNMC Mortgage, created the Salt Lake City Amazing Home Race competition as a fun way to encourage home ownership.  McNall stated, “Our sponsors are an integral part of this event and we cannot have a successful race without their participation.”  McNall shared, “Sponsors not only provided monetary funds, but they also offered prizes and are volunteering before the race and the day of the race. An event the size of the Salt Lake City Amazing Home Race competition has lots of moving parts and with the help of our sponsors it is going to be truly amazing.”

On August 24^th, 2013, the Salt Lake City Amazing Home Race competition will begin at the Board of Realtors Office in the Alta Auditorium.  The contest will feature eight to ten locations. At each stop will be mini one to five minute competitions.  Sponsor stop locations will be announced two weeks prior to the race to allow for teams to plan their best route.

First prize is $12,500 and Second Place is $7,500 towards the purchase of a home within six months of the race. There will be additional prizes from Salt Lake City Amazing Home Race Sponsors.  Anyone 18 years or older may participate.  To register: http://www.slcamazinghomerace.com/registry/

Participants can also earn additional time deductions.    Visit each sponsor listed above and receive a token to decrease race time by one minute for each token.  Or get pre- qualified by Security National Mortgage Company and reduce race time by two minutes.
