Harris Allied Leases More Than 2,900 Square Feet at 1350 Broadway

NEW YORK - Aug. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Harris Allied (www.harrisallied.com), an executive search firm, has leased 2,929 square feet of office space at W&H Properties’ 1350 Broadway in Herald Square, where it will relocate its headquarters in the fall from 1501 Broadway. Arkady Smolyansky and Keith Caggiano of CBRE Group, Inc. represented Harris Allied in the transaction. William Cohen, Ryan Kass, Neil Rubin and Andrew Weisz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented W&H Properties.

As an executive search firm specializing in the technology sector, the new location will feature open and collaborative, loft-like work spaces to accommodate the recruiters’ team-based approach. The space will also feature dedicated, private interview rooms, as well as a high-tech conference room with video-conferencing capabilities.

This space was ideally suited for Harris Allied because it has a great presence, is located on a high floor and features tremendous light and high ceilings, offers high-end finishes, and is very much in keeping with the firm’s sophisticated corporate and high-tech client base,” notes Smolyansky.

Other tenants at 1350 Broadway include eBay’s GSI Commerce, Carrier, TuneIn, Arkadin and the French American Chamber of Commerce. The property recently completed a $53 million upgrade program that includes new entrances, lobby, windows, elevators, restrooms, air-conditioned public corridors, and upgraded building-wide systems.
