SPRING, Texas - Aug. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Is there a way to raise fish, fruit and vegetables together?

Widely acclaimed teacher Murray Hallam of Practical Aquaponics will be teaching two Discover Aquaponics seminars, commencing from September 14 to September 17 at the Lone Star College, Spring, Texas.

Aquaponics is a sustainable, easy way of farming fruit, vegetables and fish in the same system.  Mr Hallam has helped thousands of people across the world grow their own chemical-free food for personal and commercial use.

“Aquaponics is important for anyone concerned about what they’re eating,” Mr Hallam said.  “The food’s fresher and you know what’s gone into it, as well as it having less of a carbon imprint.”

Mr Hallam owns the highly successful Practical Aquaponics and creates instructional videos and DVDs, which are watched worldwide.   He has also has regularly taught with the Aquaponics Institute in Florida, California and Colorado as well as Australia, Morocco and India.
