Trice Imaging, Inc. announces that Dr Greggory DeVore joins the company as a medical advisor.

About Dr Greggory Devore

Dr. DeVore is an expert in fetal ultrasound and has pioneered work in the identification of congenital heart defects using 2D, 3D, 4D, and color Doppler ultrasound. As a result of Dr. DeVore’s research, he has published numerous studies in the peer-reviewed medical literature describing the use of fetal echocardiography to detect fetuses with Down syndrome and other chromosomal defects. Dr. DeVore has the highest detection rate reported in the medical literature for the detection of Down syndrome using Genetic Ultrasound. Dr. DeVore’s clinical training began at Yale University where he completed an internship in Internal Medicine, followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in which he received the prestigious Meehan-Miller award. Dr. DeVore then spent an additional two years as a Fellow in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Yale University where he was the recipient of a research grant from the Thrasher Research Fund that allowed him to do pioneering research in the ultrasound evaluation of the fetal heart. After completing his training at Yale University, Dr. DeVore joined the faculty at the University of Southern California School of Medicine where he was an Associate Professor for a number of years. After leaving the academic environment, he became a full-time consultant to assist community-based obstetricians working with difficult fetal problems. Dr. DeVore has published research findings and has authored over 100 peer-reviewed papers, contributed to over 30 textbooks of medicine, and speaks at national and international medical meetings where he is actively involved in teaching and training his colleagues. Dr. DeVore has served on the editorial boards of prestigious medical journals and is involved with assisting in the development of new ultrasound technologies for major multinational corporations.
