Daniel Y. Gielchinsky Selected As Co-Chair of Dade County Bar Association Bankruptcy Law Committee

MIAMI - July 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announced that Restructuring & Bankruptcy attorney, Daniel Y. Gielchinsky, was selected as Co-Chair of the Dade County Bar Association (DCBA) Bankruptcy Law Committee for the 2013-2014 term. In his role as Co-Chair, Mr. Gielchinsky will coordinate Committee events including meetings, educational seminars and networking opportunities.

Mr. Gielchinsky represents debtors, creditors and other parties-in-interest in various bankruptcy litigation matters in Chapter 11 and 7 matters and adversary proceedings. He handles numerous bankruptcy-related issues including avoidance, preferential transfer, fraudulent conveyance and dischargeability actions. Mr. Gielchinsky also has broad commercial trial experience in state and federal trial courts, as well as appellate courts.

Mr. Gielchinsky presently serves at the Chair of the Legal Committee of the Shul of Bal Harbour. He also served on the Greater Miami Jewish Federation (GMJF)'s 2012-2013 Leadership Development Institute Committee, where he facilitated leadership skills and training sessions.
