The Holy Bible Faith Word Study (http://biblefaith.net/the-holy-bible-faith-word-study/#respond)

I’m just starting out here so cut me some slack. There are 257 times the word faith is mentioned in the Holy Bible with hundreds of more mentions or references to faith.  So, it is quite a large topic.  Where do we start?  Well, at the beginning of course.  You might want to jump ahead to the New Testament ones in Matthew, Romans, or Hebrews.  My question to you.  What books of the bible don’t mention faith?  I’ll answer that in a future post.  :-)

Matthew 8:26
He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
Matthew 9:2
Some men brought to him a paralytic, lying on a mat. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven.”
Matthew 9:22
Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed from that moment.
Matthew 9:29
Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith will it be done to you”;
Matthew 13:58
And he did not do many miracles there because of their lack of faith.

Acts 3:16
By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through him that has given this complete healing to him, as you can all see.
Acts 6:5
This proposal pleased the whole group. They chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit; also Philip, Procorus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicolas from Antioch, a convert to Judaism.
Acts 6:7
So the word of God spread. The number of disciples in Jerusalem increased rapidly, and a large number of priests became obedient to the faith.
