BRIGHTON, U.K. - July 26, 2013 - PRLog -- An eclectic mix of fashion brands joined ThoughtShift for a workshop called The 7 Deadly Sins of Fashion eCommerce Brands. This free workshop was developed by ThoughtShift to help flourishing independent fashion brands achieve more online sales with digital marketing activities.

The workshop focused on the following seven areas of digital marketing designed to give fashion ecommerce brands an overview of different digital marketing techniques and how they can use these to achieve various objectives:

·          How SEO can increase product sales by structuring your navigation in the right way

·          How to use Pay Per Click (PPC) to get more seasonal sales

·          Using Social Media Marketing to raise brand awareness

·          Using reviews and ratings to convert more visitors

·          How to drive repeat sales with clever e-mail marketing

·          How photography can make or break your site's orders

·          How to make it easy for your customers to buy from you online or by mobile

A group of brands both local and national, big and small attended the workshop, including Junk Funk, Lowie, Friends For Leather and Allium B, to learn the secrets of digital marketing saints in their industry and avoid the bad habits of the digital marketing sinners.
