Recycling of Vehicles in Russia

MOSCOW, Russian Federation - July 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Moscow (Russia), September 6, 2013 - International practical conference 'Recycling of Vehicles in Russia' will be held.

Why the date 6 September 2013 has been chosen?
The first dispute between Russia and EU at WTO is related to recycling fee. EU started the trade dispute procedure on 9 July 2013. According to EU sources, Russia may gather about 10 billion euro of recycling fee annually. This puts European and Russian car manufacturers into unequal conditions. Within 60-day consultancy procedure the parties will be able to find a solution by negotiations till September 7, 2013, which is the last day of the consultancy. If the case is not solved, the next step will be suing Russia in WTO court.
