Singer/Songwriter, JimiJames Hosted Exclusive Listening Party

LOS ANGELES - July 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Singer/Songwriter, JimiJames hosted an exclusive listening party on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Cherry Poppin (The Room) in Hollywood. Guests were invited to exclusively hear new music from the singer’s upcoming album.

Cherry Poppin was completely packed to capacity with friends, family and industry professionals that came to hear JimiJames’ new music. The singer recently released two hit singles, “Lead Me On” and “What Girls Like.” The two songs, produced by Wow Jones (Timbaland, Ray J, The Game), have reached over 130,000 plays on SoundCloud (http://www.soundcloud.com/officialjimijamesmusic) and more than 155,000 views on YouTube. Everyone at the event left with music drop cards where they can enter a code to download the two songs for free online.

JimiJames looked stunning in a custom designed, Fredia Florence outfit by up and coming designer, Fallon Benton, styled by celebrity stylists, NORRISxTHRASH and jewelry by YOMEGZ. Guests heard songs by JimiJames during the first hour of the party and later enjoyed sounds by Deejays, Nyla, Tendaji Lathan and B.Hen. As a special treat, JimiJames performed three of her songs live. Signature cocktails were served all night that were named “WhatGirlsLike” and “WhatBoysLike” that everyone loved.

JimiJames is currently in the studio working with rapper, Problem and recording vocals for Mayer Hawthorne who she recently appeared with on the Today Show and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
