Dotcom Computers Inc. Launches Plans to Expand Offering of Adtran Routers

TAUNTON, Mass. - July 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Dotcom Computers Inc., http://dcomcomputers.com will be expanding the selection of Adtran routers the company offers. Due to increasing demand for used Adtran products, the company will begin offering a wider range of networking equipment.  Two routers that Dotcom Computers will be adding are the Netvanta 4430 and the Netvanta 5305.

The Adtran Netvanta 4430 (P/N: 1700630G1) is a modular access router. Built for higher-bandwith applications, the 4430 supports up to eight T1s to use as you see fit. Capable of VPN, the 4430 has a built in firewall and three Ethernet LAN ports to connect switches to the router. The 1700630G1 is IPsec capable, keeping the data on a network secure. The Adtran Netvanta 5305 router (P/N: 1200990L1) is also a modular access router produced by Adtran. The 5305 is a much larger chassis than the 4430, capable of fitting more cards than the 4430. The 5305 comes in two configurations from Dotcom Computers depending on one’s needs. The 4200990L1 is a 5305 chassis, system control unit, and an Octal T1 card designed for handling 8 simultaneous connections. The other Netvanta 5305 offered is a T3 equipped router. Supporting up to two T3 modules, individual T3 modules are available through the seller if you contact them. In addition to T3 modules, High Speed Serial Interface (HSSI) modules are available for truly modular capabilities from the router.
