The vodcast series will be taped in front of a live audience on Saturday, July 27 at The Jon Lovitz Comedy Club & Podcast Theatre, located in the Universal CityWalk entertainment complex at Universal City, California. Launched on June 29, the popular talk show series, part of the recently launched Jon Lovitz Vodcast Network, has already amassed several hundred thousand views both on Lovitz’

In addition to the “Lovitz or Leavitz”
series, the Jon Lovitz Vodcast Network features sports, politics and of course plenty of comedy talk. Some of the shows for the online network include “FYI Sports Talk” with famed baseball players Robert Fick and Dmitri Young, the Talking Marijuana Crabmans Rock ‘n Roll Revival, the Gary Garver Dhow, Controlled Kaos and Frazer Smith.
The Jon Lovitz Vodcast Network officially launched on June 30
th with the premiere of “Lovitz or Leavitz”
series featuring Lovitz’s fellow “Saturday Night Live” alumnus Dana Carvey. In addition to Carvey, Lovitz has had a diverse group of guests, including Steve-O (MTV’s “Jackass”), entertainment reporter Sam Rubin and actress Krista Allen (“Days of Our Lives,”

The show takes the form of a classic talk show and will feature a mix of humorous and lively discussions on a variety of topics with celebrities or experts in their fields, along with sketches skewed through the unique sense of humor of actor/comedian Jon Lovitz. “Make no mistake about it. Busey, who began his career as a professional drummer including performances with Leon Russell, earned an Academy Award nomination for his riveting performance in the title role of “The Buddy Holly Story”
in 1978 and has starred or co-starred in countless feature films and television shows since, including “Lethal Weapon,”

and guest appearances on the HBO hit “Entourage,” “The Simpsons,”
and, of course “Celebrity Apprentice.”
