Vivid Marketing Inc. Heads to Steel City

COLUMBIA, Md. - July 24, 2013 - PRLog -- June 21, 2013 -- With the first half of 2013 coming to a close, eighteen of Vivid Marketing, Inc.’s top Account Executives and Management staff traveled to Pittsburgh, PA to attend the North East Regional Conference.  The conference consisted of a series of meetings on future client growth opportunities, professional sales training and leadership development.

The first event kicked off Saturday morning with an award ceremony honoring pace setting Managers, Administrators, and high-performing individual leaders from various markets within the North East Region.  Organizational luncheons followed, and were designed to provide an excellent networking opportunity.   Saturday afternoon Vivid Marketing, Inc.’s top contributors sat through several breakout sessions tailored to individual experience levels.  Topics included keys to rapid advancement, tips on conducting professional interviews and providing comprehensive training, etc.

Assistant Manager Danny Baatz had this to say about the weekend, “This is the second year in a row I have attended the Regional conference and every year seems to find a way to outdo the last.  My favorite part by far is getting to network and meet other top performers from offices across the North East Region.  The personal stories are very inspiring.”

Fun facts about Pittsburgh, PA: Mcdonalds tested their signature sandwich “The Big Mac” in Pittsburgh markets before it went national.  Pittsburgh has more than 446 bridges in it; and Pittsburgh’s own Scott Fahlman (a computer scientist from Carnagie Mellon) is known for inventing the smile emoticon in 1982.

The North East Regional conference marks the first of five total conferences that Vivid Marketing, Inc. has the opportunity to attend this summer.  Other locations include New Orleans, Chicago, Phoenix, and Montreal, CA.
