PRLog -- NewVoiceMedia is strengthening its position in Asia Pacific as a leading cloud contact centre vendor, with the appointment of Glenn Aspden as Technical Sales Director APAC.
Glenn joins with 18 years’
business solutions management experience, most recently serving as Operations Manager at National Australia Bank (NAB) where he managed contact centre technology for its 3,000-seat virtual contact centre. Prior to that, he held senior positions at a number of contact centre vendor and telecommunications businesses including Stellar, Excelior and Telstra.
