Is Beauty more than skin deep?  Yes it is!

1] Those who develop a routine that is an unbreakable habit of washing their face with skin products that emulsify and exfoliate can reverse the adverse effects of years of neglect.  A twice daily cleansing and refreshing of skin will result in a noticeable im- provement after just a few months of faithfully applying skin rejuvenating cleansers and moisturizers.  If they continue this habit they will likely amaze even their closest friends as they watch the years dissipate.

2] Every morning, yes, every morning they apply to exposed body parts, particularly the face, a high quality moisturizer which INCLUDES sunscreen protection of 30 spf or higher.  This may be the most important part of the daily routine.

3] Use of only high quality, naturally formulated make up, eye shad ows, liners, lip glosses and blushes.  They do their homework and seek out the most effective products for their own personal skin type and complexion variety.  After all, no one cares like the owner!
