AVANT Capital Partners proudly announces the addition of Rolf Wicke in Denver CO

DENVER - July 19, 2013 - PRLog -- AVANT Capital Partners, a direct commercial real estate lender and capital advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Rolf Wicke has joined the company as an Investment Officer and Director located in Denver, Colorado.  Mr. Wicke’s responsibilities include originating bridge and conventional loans in the Denver metropolitan area and throughout the country.

Mr. Wicke has over 12 years experience in commercial real estate lending. Prior to joining AVANT, Mr. Wicke was a broker with Development Capital.  Mr. Wicke then worked for seven years as a direct lender for Commercial Capital out of the Las Vegas area handling the west coast marketplace. This background has given Mr. Wicke the ability to gain knowledge, experience and contacts within the commercial real estate industry nationwide.

Mr. Wicke received an Economics degree from Metro State College in Denver.

Mr. Wicke has completed many notable transactions including a $22,000,000 residential development in Barstow, California, two Kroger stores in Ohio for a combined value of $9,600,000 for the same borrower, and a bridge loan for $1,100,000 in Atlanta that closed in just 10 days.
