July 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Belvedere businesswomen Grace E Togun Olugbodi is celebrating after receiving a national award for her healthy eating business.

Grace, 35, runs Eagle Health solutions  with her husband Jide. She won the Business Growth award at the Damsels in Success, Women Inspiring Women awards.

Grace’s business sells products which help people get more nutrition out of their food and turn what they eat into natural medicine.

Grace bought the products herself seven years ago and has been using them ever since. She says; ‘when I saw how amazing it was, I thought what better thing is there than to change people's lives for the better and get paid for it.’

After starting as a part time sales consultant, Grace who previously worked as a computer programmer in the City, has gone on to start her own dealership after undertaking further training and achieving sales targets.

Grace says: ‘this has really changed my life. I now look better, feel better and live better. I used to have chest pain probably due to cooking oils clogging up my arteries but thankfully not anymore. I hated the commute into the City and I now have a better work life balance and am able to spend more time with my family. My relatives have also benefited: - My mother in law died from diabetes. Unfortunately we only stumbled across the products a month after she died. She would have given anything for this. She desperately looked for a way but couldn't find a way - to cook and at the same time retain and protect the nutrition in the food so that the food is live and healing the body naturally. Some months after I'd started using the products, we bought a set for my father too, because health is the greatest gift you can give to anybody. He had diabetes and with all the usual complications - but gradually eating live foods, he got better and better and stronger and stronger, his doctor kept reducing his mediation each time he went for a check up. He was about to go on insulin before we sent him a set, but he no longer had to, after using the products for a while.

We also bought a set for my father-in-law who had some heart problems - probably due to cooking oil again. He has since become so much better. He also had an operation for prostate cancer and although he was close to 75 years old at the time, the stitches healed so fast that the doctors were amazed and used him as case study for students. The doctor asked him how come his stitches had healed incredibly fast for his age and he said it was because of how he cooks his foods because of the products. The doctor told him to keep doing whatever he was doing because it was working!’

The company now run healthy cooking classes to help people fight, prevent and combat health problems such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, high cholesterol, obesity and high blood pressure for adults and children. They also offer a health and nutrition free demonstration

Grace has exceeded all her business targets year on year and has such a huge and happy client base that her business growth at the moment is all from word of mouth and referrals from existing clients. She doubled the turnover of her business in 2011/12 and is hoping to grow the business 300% in the next few years. She is now actively looking for new franchisees and sales distributors.

The Women Inspiring Women award marks Grace’s latest triumph. In 2012 she became a Master Dealer. She was one of just 19 dealers out of 400 dealers worldwide to receive this accolade and in May was treated to a lovely Mediterranean cruise and special gifts including a prestigious Green jacket, by the parent company.

In addition to running her amazing business, Grace is also a qualified Cancer Project instructor. She uses this to work for a Not For Profit organisation that helps to prevent and reverse diabetes and increase cancer survival. Grace has also personally written more than 70 pages of content for a healthy eating website which is dedicated to helping people with eat in a healthier and more nutritious way.
