Springdale, AR, July 2013 – LA Marketing are capitalizing on the response of their recruitment drive and holding interviews in Springdale to fill marketing openings that have arisen as a result of their recent expansion.

The company launched a massive online recruitment drive earlier this month so that they could find the next sales and marketing reps to join their team.

Each selected applicant will attend a short preliminary interview at headquarters on W. Sunset Ave and successful candidates will be invited back to attend a full open day.

The open day allows candidates to shadow top performers whilst they represent the client; this allows the candidate to see all aspects of the role and enables the company representative to assess them throughout the day in a lower pressure environment than an office-based interview with management.

LA Marketing are looking for “true communications mavens” who can stay on top of the in-house training programs and show progression in management and marketing techniques.

Candidates must take their resume with them, and will be required to apply for the position online prior to the interview.
