Rochester Silver Works Welcomes Andrew Kerr as Process Engineer

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - July 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Rochester NY – Rochester Silver Works is pleased to announce that Andrew Kerr has joined RSW as the company’s new Process Engineer. Andrew is a recent graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, and Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Chemistry. During his time as a student, Andrew obtained experience in working with a number of environmental remediation projects. Working closely with regulatory agencies including the EPA and NYSDEC, Andrew performed site testing, sample validation and qualitative reporting as well as cost analysis studies. Andrew has also participated in community based engineering projects involving sanitation, water and filtration, flood disaster infrastructure repair, and teaching. Andrew is a current member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. (AIChE)
