Altus Menswear Announces Grand Opening

SNOQUALMIE, Wash. - July 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Altus Menswear is an ecommerce clothing store for tall and extra tall men featuring a line of casualwear for men 6’3” and taller.

“I started this company because my son is 6’8” and thin. It has been virtually impossible to find clothes that fit his frame that he would want to wear. We have shopped the tall sizes at the department stores and their tall sizes just weren’t long enough and the ‘big & tall’ stores were focused on ‘big’ rather than ‘tall’,” said Altus president Andrea Williamson.

Altus’ line of clothes features a variety of classic T-shirts, sweat shirts, sweat pants and hoodies, with plans to add a button down shirt and a jacket made from recycled fleece in the coming months. All of Altus’ clothes are made in the USA.

Ms. Williamson explained, “We wanted to offer tall, slim and athletically built guys a convenient place to shop for classic clothes with the assurance that they will fit – even after they are washed. It is also important to us that we support the American economy, to safeguard the quality of our garments, tightly control our inventories and reduce environmental impacts.”
