JPA Health Communications announced today that Catherine Brady has joined the agency’
s office in Massachusetts as a vice president. Brady is a seasoned communications professional recognized for designing and executing strategic communications plans that engage priority audiences, such as healthcare providers and patient populations.
Brady has more than 15 years of experience in public relations, most recently serving as a senior manager of communications at Pfizer in their US Primary Care business. There, she developed and managed a comprehensive women’
s health education program. She also created communications platforms for three US business units covering the pain, cardiovascular diseases and women’
s health therapeutic areas.

Brady’
s communications experience spans a multitude of health issues, including: health reform, patient safety, reimbursement, access to care and quality of care. Earlier in her career, Brady worked with academic teaching hospitals, community hospitals and pharmacy benefit managers as clients. She also worked in corporate communications at Tufts Health Plan.
Brady holds a master’
s degree in public administration from Harvard University’
s Kennedy School of Government. She also earned a master’
s degree in French and a bachelor’
s degree in international management and French from Simmons College. She is a board member of the RFK Children’
s Action Corps, a national leader in child welfare and juvenile justice programs.
