Arizona Cosmetology Schools Offer Hair Coloring for Less

The regular price of color services begin at $24 (long hair is extra.) and the special takes place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday through Aug. 31.

     Walk ins are welcome and no appointment is necessary. Services are performed by students under the supervision of a licensed instructor.
