“StraightForward Talk with ATIYA” to Debut July 14th on the Keys 107 Network

GRENADA, West Indies - July 12, 2013 - ATIYA, author, speaker, trainer and founder of The
Marriage Tree recently known for having the number one article on Black Life Coaches
Network, "5 Mindsets That Hinder Black Women From Relationship Success," and for her book
"From Ordinary to Extraordinary," is making her debut as a host to the radio waves on Sunday
July 14, 2013 at 4 PM EST.
“The decision to launch my own radio program was made some time ago. It was just a natural
progression to the StraightForward Talk with Atiya blog. The choice to join the Keys 107
Network just made sense. They are doing great things and the direction they are moving in as a
network lets me know that it is one I can grow with, particularly as a new host on the radio
airwaves."
Atiya has appeared as a guest on several television programs and radio shows internationally
discussing her books, life coaching, and her core message of helping men, women, and couples
discover their own truth for a better marriage and relationship. After appearing as a guest on the
Keys 107 Network, discussions commenced about the idea of hosting her show on their network.
"I learned that the show I was a guest on had very high listening stats. The timing was perfect
because my husband and I, who is also my manager, decided it was time to launch our own radio
show. Literally, the next day, Keys 107 approached me."
No-nonsense, with a strong theme that inspires accountability, responsibility and a strong sense
of moral integrity, for ATIYA no question is off-limits. Her responses and coaching methods
may not always be in a "feel good" manner, yet is above board, unpretentious and straight-to-thepoint.
Asked how “StraightForward Talk with ATIYA” would differ from her blog or other relationship
shows, “It's an on-the-spot" relationship coaching opportunity. It is caller-driven and my reason
for even being on the air is to allow callers to call-in to get their questions answered. It moves
much faster than the blog, which takes a lot of time. I say verbally in 3 minutes, what it takes an
hour to say on paper. As far as how it differs from other shows – I'm different, and I do me better
than anyone else."
StraightForward Talk with Atiya airs Sundays at 4 - 5 PM EST on the Keys 107 Network.
