Kent McDonald is B2T Training's New Agile Practice Lead

ATLANTA - July 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA – B2T Training (B2T), a leader in the field of business analysis training and professional development today is pleased to announce that Kent McDonald has been named Agile Practice Lead. He specializes in successfully applying pragmatic approaches to coaching and training business analysis professionals, project managers, and other team members.

Kent’s role includes training, coaching, course development to help project teams improve the way they perform business analysis on agile teams. He said “I have spent the last few years of my professional life working in the intersection of the business analysis and agile communities.  I look forward to working with the great team at B2T Training to bring the good ideas from both communities together and help organizations delight their customers.”

Kent is Conference Chair for Agile2013, was Program Chair for the Agile 2011 Conference in addition to having chaired the Central Iowa Business Analyst Development Day 2009. Kent is a recognized, highly requested, industry speaker within the Agile, Business Analysis, and Project Management communities. Kent co-founded the Agile Project Leadership Network (APLN) and is co-author of Stand Back and Deliver: Accelerating Business Agility, a book that brings together immediately usable frameworks and step-by-step processes that help organizations deliver business value and build competitive advantage.

Kent brings with him more than 15 years of experience including work in business analysis and planning, project management, and product development in a variety of industries including financial services, health insurance, performance marketing, human services, nonprofit, and automotive. He also coaches software development and product development teams in their adoption of and improvement using agile principles, techniques, and approaches.
