The workshop aims to take the stress out of making decisions when organizing by providing participants with strategies and a loose environment wherein decisions on how to organize their personal paper jungle can be made quickly and effectively.

Mary Cate Claudias, owner of Charm City Organizers (http://organizebaltimore.com), LLC, a Baltimore, Md.-based professional organizing company, will lead participants in a series of exercises designed to give them the fundamental tools for better organizing their lives.

Participants will:

·          * Be able to distinguish inactive vs. active files.

·          * Set up a distraction-free paper sorting station so that you can recreate this environment at home or the office.

Participants should bring a box of papers, which they will sort, process and organize while learning these powerful, time-saving strategies. They walk away with a personalized filing system to implement at home!
