A&I Solutions Successfully Implements CA Clarity PPM at March of Dimes in Just Six Weeks

ATLANTA - July 9, 2013 - PRLog -- A&I Solutions today announced it has successfully implemented CA Technologies CA Clarity™ Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) at the March of Dimes.  The solution will provide March of Dimes with a single system-of-record for collecting, prioritizing, delivering and assessing IT projects across the organization.

A&I Solutions (http://anisolutions.com) worked closely with March of Dimes to facilitate a rapid implementation of CA Clarity PPM in a way that fulfilled its organizational objectives—developing a fully configured design that mapped existing manual process for time-tracking and reporting to CA Clarity. A&I Solutions customized CA Clarity PPM to adapt to March of Dimes’ methodology while streamlining data entry for end users,  providing simple, portal-based reports that can be delivered on-demand. A&I Solutions took appropriate steps to understand and to guide an implementation that was focused on March of Dimes’ primary requirements, while setting the stage for future enhancements.
