South Eastern Michigan Woman With Focus on Dental Practice Management Growth Accepted into Academy

SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. - July 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Patricia Casasanta, Director of Operations at http://www.strategicpracticesolution.com in Shelby Township, Michigan has been accepted into the Academy of Dental Management Consultants.  The Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC) purpose is to “Advance the dental profession by providing vision, standards and leadership.”  To become voted into membership by a majority vote of the board of directors, applicants must have: completed three years of full-time consulting, obtain a ADMC sponsor who is in good standing and two letters of recommendation from clients.  Applicants must also write a statement of their philosophy of consulting and describe what they expect to gain from membership.  

About Patricia Casasanta:  Patricia received her degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of Detroit Mercy and has over 27 years of experience in the field.  She is a certified trainer in DiSC, a model of human behavior that helps people identify their strengths and areas that need improvement.  This information allows dentists, office managers and hygienists the ability to work together more efficiently leading to a happier office and overall dental practice management growth.  

She is affiliated with the American Staffing Association (ASA), Michigan Dental Hygiene Association (MDHA),  Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).  She has spoken at various dentistry focused engagements at colleges, universities and trade shows including “Women in Dentistry.”
