Boulevard Nightlife Group Opens The Chinese Theatre To TDE & Interscope Records For Private Event

LOS ANGELES - July 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Boulevard Nightlife Group (BNG), Management Company of TCL Chinese Theatre, opened the doors of the historic theatre to ASCAP’s Vanguard Award recipient Kendrick Lamar for a private and exclusive event on Saturday, June 30, 2013.

BNG rolled out the red carpet on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame for the private event. Celebrities including Logan Browning of VH1’s Hit The Floor, Walter Jackson of BRAVO’s Housewives Atlanta, Grammy award-nominated singer-songwriter Kevin McCall, LeToya Luckett, R&B recording artist Mel Buckley and TDE’s own Jay Rock, all paused for photo opportunities before heading into the lobby for the main event. The lobby of the historical TCL Chinese Theatre was branded with pictures and direct quotes from TDE artists, it was transformed into a standing room only concert venue complete with a performance stage, where Kendrick Lamar was presented with his first-ever plaque by Interscope for the Platinum certification of his album, Good Kind, M.A.A.D City.
