Emperor Appoints Snowden to Ambassadorial Post

July 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Norton XIII, Emperor of these United States, this morning issued the following proclamation:

To all who shall see these presents, greetings!

Know ye that reposing special trust and confidence in the fidelity and abilities of Mike Gogulski, ambassador of these United States to the Slavs and Magyars,

I do hereby ratify the ambassador’s appointment of one Edward Snowden, late of Hawaii, Hong Kong and Moscow, as his deputy.

I hereby grant said Snowden any and all privileges of his new diplomatic rank, and charge him with fulfilling all duties thereunto pertaining; and

I hereby request recognition of Snowden’s status by all nations with whom these United States maintains continuing and cordial relations; and

Attendant to the above, I hereby register formal notice to all that the institution masquerading as the “US Department of State” and its ringleader, one alleged “Secretary” John Kerry, are a continuing fraud and imposture of unknown but almost certainly malicious intent, as said department and office were dissolved effective April 1, 2013 upon my accession to the throne.
