We want you to know that the air conditioning is working well at both studios. We also want you to know that we will be closing both studios on July 4th to celebrate our interdependence. And most importantly, we want you to know that we have heard your requests and are pleased to announce new classes at both You Do Yoga locations! Read on for details, and visit our website: www.YouDoYoga.com You've been asking us for more morning classes, and so here you are: Downtown, 5:30-6:30am (yes, AM) on Tuesdays Cynthia will be hosting "Brick Yoga", designed for the endurance athlete. A brick yoga session opens with movement to get the blood flowing and the muscles juicy, and then finishes with the therapeutic stillness of Yin Yoga to stretch the deep tissues. In Anderson, Robin will lead a mat Pilates class 8-9am on Wednesdays, followed by Vinyasa flow at 9:30am. All you early-birds who want to see more of this kind of thing on our schedule, get out there and support these classes! We've got two more classes debuting on the downtown schedule as well. Early enough on a Saturday morning, at 10:30am Jeff will be featuring his signature "Flow, Burn, Ache", 90 minutes of fun starting with gentle flow yoga to warm up, intense aerobic yoga for strengthening, and then Yin yoga to calm the body and mind. Also on Thursday night 5:45-6:45pm Erin will host a Vinyasa flow class, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Come see what all the cool kids are doing! Kids Yoga is a hit! Anita Eshleman, registered children's yoga teacher, is excited to offer another round of Kids Yoga sessions for ages 3-5 and 6-12 years. Fun and active, as well as meditative and calming, these classes will introduce our kids to the world of yoga through many fun and sometimes challenging poses.
