Francisco’s Auto Repair continues to support the community with vehicle donations

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - June 28, 2013 - PRLog -- American Family Housing is a non-profit organization that has served its clients for over 27 years.  By providing short-term, transitional, permanent supportive housing and affordable housing in our backyard, AFH has become one of the largest homeless service providers in the community as well as the county.  

Due to his humble beginnings, Francisco promised himself to give back to the community whenever possible. With help from our customers 5 vehicles have been restored mechanically and given to a family in need this year alone.

Donating time is only the beginning.  Many of these cars need parts, new engines and lots of TLC to turn them into reliable forms of transportation for a disadvantaged family. Customers who retire these vehicles by donating them to American Family Housing through Francisco’s Auto Repair know that ultimately they will help a person in their local community.
