Magnetic Consulting Group has been nominated again for "Best & Brightest Companies to Work For"

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - June 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Magnetic Consulting Group in Sacramento is pleased to announce that it has been nominated again as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the country for 2013.  Hundreds of companies throughout the United States participate in the competition.

The National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For are determined by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) which has identified numerous HR best practices and has spent more than ten years providing benchmarks to determine which companies meet their rigorous standards.  

In order to be awarded the designation, Magnetic Consulting Group will be assessed by an independent research firm to see if they qualify.  They will be reviewed on a number of key measures, including Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions, Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development, Selection and Orientation; Work-Life Balance; and Community Initiatives among others.
