America’s Rib King “Famous Dave” and Team Step Up to Support Military Families, Veterans

MINNEAPOLIS - June 27, 2013 - PRLog -- More than 160-million Americans will be firing up the grill on 4th of July. That’s 68-percent  of the US population, or three out of four households that own a BBQ grill. Over $2.4 billion dollars will spent by Americans at the grocery story for July 4th cookouts and 150 Million Hot Dogs will be Eaten...700-Million Pounds of Chicken...190 Million Pounds of Red Meat/Pork! America’s passion for grilling is sizzling hot and those statistics call for some new recipes!

The timing couldn’t be more perfect for the recently released: Famous Dave’s Barbecue Party Cookbook: Secrets of a BBQ Legend, written by BBQ rockstar “Famous Dave” Anderson  (also known as America’s Rib King), the founder of the number one BBQ chain in the nation (Famous Dave’s of America), and recipient of over 700 awards for his restaurants and recipes.
