The Larkfield Announces Grand Reopening After Massive Reconstruction

What:  Larkfield Managers George Mountanos, Harry Mountanos, and Nick Stathos announce the grand reopening of the newly renovated Tuscan Villa-inspired wedding ceremony and reception venue after it underwent a massive, eight million dollar reconstruction that began in October. Local elected officials and members of the regional Chambers of Commerce will participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a tour of the facility, and sampling of select menu items.  Those who worked on the project — as well as the first two brides who booked their July weddings in the hopes that the iconic catering hall would be completed in time — will also be on hand.

Modeled on villas that the architects have visited in Italy, the building accommodates up to 400 people and features stone, brick, and stucco with rustic brackets; 20-foot ballroom ceilings; a vintage bar from the 1800s; an orangerie with reclaimed timber trusses that looks out to a new stone and travertine courtyard; slate roofs; and a two-story-high lobby featuring limestone, terracotta, wrought iron, and rustic woods.

Directions:     From the East: LIE to Exit 53 towards Bay Shore/Kings Park. Merge onto North Service Road and take Sagtikos Parkway ramp to Bay Shore/Kings Park. Merge onto Sagtikos Pkwy. Continue onto Sunken Meadow Pkwy for approximately 2 miles. Take Exit SM3W for NY-25 W/Jericho Tpke. towards S. Huntington. Stay on Jericho Tpke. for 1.7 miles, then turn right onto Larkfield Rd. After going 1.7 miles, The Larkfield will be on the left-hand side.

         From the West: LIE to Exit 51 towards NY-231/Northport/Babylon. Merge onto South Service Road, then turn left onto Deer Park Ave. Continue straight onto E. Deer Park Rd. for approximately one mile. After that, continue onto Jericho Tpke. for 1.2 miles, then make a left onto Larkfield Rd. After going 1.7 miles, The Larkfield will be on the left-hand side.
