NEW YORK - June 26, 2013 - PRLog -- The NBA Draft is Thursday night, and “Sportfolio” will dedicate this week’s show to outlining the preparation  and dedication former University of Michigan star Trey Burke has taken to set himself up for success on and off the court after NBA Commissioner David Stern calls his name as one of the projected top five picks at The Barclays Center Thursday night.

Rick Horrow  discusses the business aspects of going from college to the pros in a 1-on-1 interview with  Burke from the Bloomberg studios. Horrow also interviews Burke in a roundtable format with his financial team, Compass Management Group, which is setting up a long- and short-term strategy to maintain his wealth through his career and into retirement, and discusses his potential endorsement value and future that will be negotiated out by The Legacy Agency.

Joining Horrow and Burke in the show are Daniel Sillman, Principal, Compass Management Group  and Jordan Dumars, Principal, Compass Management Group . Dumars is also the son of NBA great and current Detroit Pistons President of Basketball  Operations Joe Dumars.  The show will also feature  Dr. Richard Chaifetz, Founder/Chairman, ComPsych Corporation, to  discuss the psychological transition of college athletes into the professional workplace, with particular attention to this week's NFL Rookie Symposium.

This week’s show debuts Wednesday night at 9:30 PM and 12:30 AM ET Thursday on Bloomberg TV (DirecTV 353, check your local cable systems for the channel near you). The show reaches more than 270 million households through first-run and syndicated airings.
